2-cucumber
4-red chillies
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon coconut powder
1-potato
1/2 teaspoon ginger
4 florets garlic
1 lotus flower
salt as needed
1 tablespoon oil
2 onions chopped
250 gm maida flour  
coconut oil as needed
1. heat oil in a frying pan.  Saute cut onions, ginger and 
garlic until it gets a little brown.  
2. Add cut potatoes, place the lid on the container and cook 
for 3 minutes.
3.Then add cumin seeds, coconut powder, salt, turmeric powder, 
and chillic powder.  Saute for 1 min.
4. Add the cut cucmber (seeds and skin removed) and mix it 
really well. 
5. Make a paste of these ingredients and make small balls 
replicating vada.
6.  Heat coconut oil and deep fry these balls (until golden 
brown) after soaking in maida paste (prepared by mixing maida 
powder with water, pinch of salt)
7. The dish is very delicious with mango pickle.
